Wait staff from the bar is very good, Floor people especially Paul is terrible…. needs to take a course on personality. Dealers for the most part are real good never had any problems with them.

I dont agree, I think that Pete and Paul both do a great job running the room. I use to run a room out west and these guys run the room just as well as any of those guys at the nugget.

I agree, Pauly does do a good job of running the room. They need to open the room earlier.

God, I cannot stand Paul. He makes the worst calls and handles situations worse than anyone ive ever seen before. I understand that people can be idiots, and believe me they can there, but being rude about every situation is uncalled for. Whats wrong with saying “i’m sorry sir, thats what the rule is”? Instead Paul is a jerk about everything. Havent had any problems with Peter. He seems to be cool and calm about most problems. Poker room seems to have the best tournaments and cash games around.

This room is awesome, they have the best tournaments and cash games around, the dealers are better than any dealers around, fast and efficient, they have pizza once a week, candy all the time, no kiddie games, (50 cent chips, what a joke), tournament payouts are usually really high, they have three no re-buy tourneys a week for 40.00 or less… cant beat it…. the floor people do a great job also, never had a problem, very consistent, and couteous.

LETS START WITH THE WAIT STAFF..WHEN THE POKER ROOM FIRST OPENED THEY WERE GOOD..NOW IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET A DRINK…THE ROOM IS TOO HOT, NEEDS AIR CONDITIONING FIXED…OR AT LEAST BUY A COUPLE OF FANS…DEALERS SPEND TOO MUCH TIME TALKING TO EACH OTHER ABOUT BAD BEATS AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE GAME AT HAND….I THINK PAUL AND ELI DO A GOOD JOB…BUT YOU NEED TO HIRE SOME REAL DEALERS…NOT JUST PUNK KIDS YOU CAN GET CHEAP…IT TOOK ME 45 MINUTES TO GET AN ORDER OF FRENCH FRIES…TOO LONG…

Great room in general, i feel that everyone that works the floor does a great job whether its paul, sean or even russ who deals with the tourneys. Dealers do a great job with moving the game along the only thing the can do to maybe improve is talk less with the players but i really dont mind
